RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). If you have a return or exchange that you’d like to make, you can begin the process here.

- The item(s) must be returned in the same packaging it was received in, and be unaltered, unworn, and in sellable condition, or a refund will not be given.
- Once we receive the item(s) in the condition listed above, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Please note that your credit card company might take up to 7 business days to credit back to your account.
International customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes on returns. We recommend that you return your order with a shipping carrier that insures you for the full value of the order, as we will not take any responsibility for any items lost.

- At the time you request and confirm a return label, we will email you an invoice immediately for the shipping fees.
- Once you have paid the invoice, we will send the return label immediately.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days to process it. As long as the product is in perfect condition with all original packaging, our team will email you a return receipt within 7 business days. Please be aware that your credit card company might take up to 7 business days to credit back to your account.
We will gladly exchange your item for the same style in a different color or size.
- All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of product.
- If a different style is requested, please return your order and place a new order.
- Exchanges for international orders are not available at this time.
You will be responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
- At the time you request and confirm an exchange label, we will email you an invoice for the shipping fees immediately.
- Once you have paid the invoice, we will send the exchange label immediately.
- We will ship your exchanged item at no additional cost within 3-5 business days of receiving your original order.
Any customized orders or engravings are final sale.
At the time of returning a product through the portal, you will have the option to receive a refund back to the original payment or store credit for the equal value. If you choose a credit, we will email you a checkout code to use on your next order.
